New On-line Support Centre

The improved Europass support centre is there to help and guide you. The Frequently Asked Questions are collected directly from Europass users themselves. The service centre can therefore cater the needs of almost all users.

You can browse all the questions and answers from here: https://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/europass-support-centre

Or you can type your question or key-words directly into the search fields. There is a search field on every page, so you will be sure to find support when you need it.
